If board members do not share a common language or feel uncomfortable speaking a foreign language, the Interprefy platform is an excellent solution to facilitate communication and create trust. No booths take up precious space and no interpreters have to be present in the room, which gives the meeting a more private and confidential character.
The committee members can talk into a central microphone or gooseneck microphones if already installed in the room. They can listen to the interpreting either with smart devices, which can also be used as microphones if needed.
The illustration on the right shows a meeting or round-table discussion with six participants and three languages (six remote interpreters).
