Overview
The Postal Union for the Mediterranean (PUMed) was established in 2011 by 14 Postal Operators across the Mediterranean Region. PUMed is a restricted union of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Established in 1874, the Universal Postal Union (UPU), with its headquarters in the Swiss capital Berne, is the second oldest international organization worldwide. Today, PUMed counts up to 21 member organizations.

The world's most prominent social media platform, Facebook, has an upcoming summit in Berlin. The challenge for the event organizer agency, Jack Morton Worldwide, was to identify an adequate interpreting provider. With limited floorspace and reluctance on the part of the customer to use interpreter booths, Interprefy was approached to provide interpreters.
