What are Interprefy Plans?

Interprefy Plans are structured pricing options that provide access to the Interprefy’s platform and mobile app, professional services, and certified interpreters, with predefined tiers based on usage volume.

When do I need an Interprefy Plan?

An Interprefy Plan is the perfect choice if your organization:

  • Hosts multiple events throughout the year and wants a seamless, cost-effective solution.
  • Runs large events that require several hours of service or multilingual support.
  • Prefers to manage Interprefy’s cutting-edge technology on-demand for full control and flexibility.
Can I combine different plans?

Yes! The Professional Services and Interpreters Plans are designed to work alongside the Platform Plan for a fully integrated experience. The Interpreters Plan must be combined with both the Platform and Professional Services Plans.

How long do I have to use the hours in my plan?

All hours purchased within an Interprefy Plan must be used within 12 months from the date of receiving onboarding or running the first event, whichever occurs first.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours within 12 months?

Unused hours do not roll over. To ensure you maximize your plan, the Interprefy team will monitor and report on your usage.

How do I choose the right number of hours for my plan?

Interprefy Plans are designed with tiered pricing, meaning the more hours you purchase, the better the value. If your required hours are close to the next tier, selecting a higher tier can provide additional hours at a more advantageous rate, ensuring you maximize your plan’s benefits.

Can I purchase additional hours if I run out?

No, but you can subscribe to a new plan at any time of the year.

Does the Interprefy Plans auto-renew?

No, Interprefy Plans do not renew automatically. Each plan is valid for 12 months, allowing you to use your allocated hours within that period. After that, you have full control over choosing a plan again based on your needs.

What billing options are available for Interprefy Plans?

We offer flexible billing options to suit your needs. Choose to pay upfront, monthly, or quarterly - whichever works best for your budget and event planning.

How is usage tracked in my Interprefy Plan?

Your usage is tracked with precision to ensure transparency. The Interprefy platform is measured per minute, while Professional Services and Interpreters Plans are measured per hour. If you go over your allocated time, any overtime is simply deducted from your remaining hours.

Are there discounts available?

Yes! We offer tiered discounts based on the total hours in your plan.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

If you need more hours, you can always subscribe to a new plan that fits your needs. However, upgrading an existing plan is not available. This gives you the flexibility to choose the best option as your requirements evolve.

Do I get training on how to use the Interprefy platform?

Interprefy offers onboarding and training for the Platform Plan, as it’s designed for on-demand use (onboarding fees apply). The Professional Services Plan already includes expert support, so no additional onboarding is needed. The Interpreters Plan must be combined with the Professional Services Plan, ensuring you have the necessary support for a seamless experience.
